In the machinery industry, high-purity graphite materials can be used as molds for pressure casting, centrifugal casting, and hot extrusion of cemented carbide.

1. Graphite has the characteristics of chemical corrosion resistance, it is not infiltrated by most metal solutions, and high-purity graphite molds do not react with most metals at low temperature. The metal will not stick to the mold during hot pressing and is easy to demold. The mold can be reused.

3. Good thermal stability and heat shock resistance, such as low linear expansion coefficient 　

4. Resistant to chemical corrosion and not easy to react with most metals　

5. At high temperature (most copper matrix matrix sintering temperature is above 800℃), the strength increases with the increase of temperature　

6. Has good lubrication and anti-wear properties　

7. Easy to process, good mechanical processing performance, and can be made into molds with complex shapes and high precision.
